Snowbasin

This morning we woke up to 18 inches of fresh new snow that had fallen in 12 hrs. All across the board Utah resorts received massive amounts of snow that clearly put grins on all our faces. The next crucial decision we needed to make was, which resort do we pick? Of course only the resort that received the most snow would suffice..... so it was decided Snowbasin would be our destination.

Forgive me for saying this, but Snowbasin almost had too much snow as way more than 18 inches of snow was left on the trails. Every run we found ourselves in way over our knees with the white stuff. This actually made skiing quite difficult as Snowbasin doesn't have the steepest of terrain. Most of our runs consisted of going 400 yards and coming to a stop b/c there was so much snow in the way!! However, none of us are complaining....keep the snow coming :-) And it will....thursday into friday yet another large storm will impact the area. This storm is expected to bring anywhere from 12-22 inches of the white stuff. That being said....tomorrow is an off day..... Jon is about to lose his big toenails and we are all suffering some sort of soreness.

Until tomorrow,

- Paris
